Vehicle Monitoring and Parking Automation – ParkEZY 1.1.0, is a fully computerized solution to monitor vehicle coming IN and OUT of public places like Multilevel Parking Lots, Co-operative societies, College/School Campus, Government offices, Call centers, Large shopping malls, Hospitals and other Public parking places. ParkEZY monitors all the vehicle coming in and going out. It records the time of entry/exit; give access to authorized persons only. It is a fully automatic system and does not need any attendant at entry or exit points.

| Operational Summary |

| The System controls the access of Members and Non Members to the parking area. |
|
| |
| For Members: |
|
| |
| Any one who wants to be a member has to get registered in the system. Based on the vehicle type and desired duration, a member can select any package from the available choice. He would be issued with a membership card for which he has to pay membership fee, which is predefined in the server. A member can have more than one vehicle and he can also have add-on cards. |

| Entry: |
|
| |
| While entering the parking lot, the member has to show his membership card to the laser scanner or card reader at the entry controller. His card would be validated against the membership, expiry date and the vehicle type. If his authorization is success, the visual indicator for GO will glow and the turnstile will open. The snap of the vehicle crossing the turnstile, tagged with the unique transaction id, is taken using an attached IP camera and is transferred to the server. |

| Exit: |

| While exiting the parking lot, the member has to show his membership card to the laser scanner or card reader at the exit controller. His card would be validated against the membership, expiry date and the vehicle type and the entry status. If his authorization is success,the visual indicator for GO will glow and the turnstile will open. The snap of the vehicle crossing the turnstile, tagged with the unique transaction id, is taken using the attached IP camera and is transferred to the server. The snaps during entry and exit would be displayed on the workstation at the security control room and if any mismatch is found, the operator can press the emergency close switch. This action will close the final exit gate. |

| “Press for ticket” switch indicated on the panel, when pressed, generates a ticket automatically. The generated ticket has the slot for parking, Time of Entry, Date of Entry, Gate number, and a Visitor identification code printed.It has got a unique transaction identification barcode also. The display will greet the visitor and will guide him to the slot, which he is supposed to park the vehicle. The visual indicator for GO will glow and the turnstile will open. The snap of the vehicle crossing the turnstile, tagged with the unique transaction id, is taken using the attached high pixel digital camera and is transferred to the server. |

| Payment: |

| The visitor has to pay the parking fee at the accounts console, which is equipped with a display, a cash-drawer and a receipt printer. The amount is calculated on the basis of vehicle type and predefined tariff, which is set in the server. |

| While exit, the visitor has to flash his entry ticket against the laser scanner at the exit console. If the visitor has not paid the parking fee, he would be requested to pay the fee and would be guided to the accounts console. If he has paid the parking fee, the transaction would be acknowledged by thanks message and the turnstile would open. Simultaneously, the snap of the vehicle crossing the turnstile would be taken using an attached high pixel digital camera and is transferred to the server. The snaps during entry and exit would be displayed on the workstation at the security control room and if any mismatch is found, the operator can press the emergency close switch. This action will close the final exit gate. |
